The RACE PIPE is the same design used on our TEAM MUZZY National Championship winning AMA Superbikes and Dragbikes and will absolutely deliver the most power from your ZX-6R, ZX-7, or ZX-9R. This pipe features separate ultra-light titanium head pipes and collector (some models utilize stainless collector), aluminum spigot mounts at the port with spring fasteners, and a race spec titanium canister. Recommended for "kit" or "works" superbike engines only and absolutely not for street use. Available MUZZY direct only.

The new Muzzy Street Megaphone systems give that pro drag race look without the right hand cornering reduction typical of Sidewinder systems. Engineered and hand crafted in stainless steel entirely by Muzzys to Rob Muzzy's own exacting standards. No other megaphone system on the market offers this level of quality and performance.
Built with a removeable baffle, this system produces the legendary Muzzy tone and a street rideable sound level. For competition use, remove the baffle for open megaphone drag racing thunder!
The Muzzy Street Megaphone comes in two varieties. A Full Stainless System with header, mid. and megaphone muffler and a Conversion Kit (mid. & megaphone muffler only) for those who already own a Muzzy Stainless Exhaust.

With a beautiful brushed finish, the Muzzy oval titanium muffler incoporates highly polished end caps machined from solid billet aluminum and fastened with polished button-head allen screws which are easily removable to facilitate re-packing. The exhaust tip is polished stainless steel. Weight is 4.6 pounds.

Muzzys new stainless steel muffler option features a mirror polished stainless steel body with polished, billet aluminum end caps and a rolled lip exit.
This great looking new muffler is available as an option on nearly all Muzzys full systems and bolt-ons. Pricing falls between the standard round aluminum and the premium oval titanium or oval carbon canisters. Weight is 5.4 pounds.

The Muzzy oval carbon fiber muffler incorporates end caps machined from solid billet aluminum and highly polished. The exhaust tip is polished stainless steel. The carbon fiber features a smooth, clear gloss finish with the natural carbon fabric cloth clearly visible. End caps are fastened with polished button-head allen screws which are easily removable to facilitate re-packing. The mounting band is laser-cut stainless steel.Weight is 3.5 pounds.

• Muzzys offers mufflers in two styles and four materials. Round mufflers are available in aluminum. Oval mufflers are available in Carbon Fiber, Titanium and Stainless Steel.
• The standard muffler shipped with a Muzzy Stainless exhaust system is the round polished aluminum.
• The standard muffler shipped with the Ultra Light Titanium exhaust is the oval shape, either in titanium or carbon fiber.
• Any muffler is available for the Muzzy Stainless exhaust by ordering the correct part number for the combination. Oval Carbon, Titanium and Stainless Steel are extra cost items.
• In general the core diameter and length are the same regardless of shape and material. Therefore, performance and sound level is the same regardless of material or shape.
• Special "quiet" cores are smaller and are available at a slight performance penalty and extra cost.
• MUZZY Mufflers are packed with a special hi temperature sound absorbing fiber material and should always be repacked with this material.
• Carbon fiber mufflers are not recommended for extended high temperature operation such as found in dyno testing or extended periods at high power. Care must be taken to ensure that carbon fiber mufflers are kept well packed to avoid heat damage.
